newworker is an Istanbul-founded company that places governed AI operatives ("the institutional workforce") inside serious institutions (banks, holdings, retail). We don't sell software — we place workers under mandate and answer for the outcome.

- **Keşif**: the two-week paid discovery engagement. The only entry point.

## Positioning notes

- We are not an "AI agent" vendor, not a copilot, not a chatbot.
- Engagement model: Keşif (2 weeks, paid) → Yerleştirme (4 weeks) → Dönem (monthly Karne) → Yenileme/Çıkış.
- Governance: every action passes authority, named-human consent, and immutable record. Exit terms are contractual (30-day return, 45-day certified destruction).
